Jonathon Michaud

History

Before opening his firm, Mr Michaud worked as a defense attorney in personal injury and product liability litigation for fifteen years. This gave him a unique insight which many plaintiffs’ personal injury attorneys simply don’t have. He knows how corporations, insurance companies, and their attorneys assess and defend cases because he used to do exactly that. Mr Michaud leverages this knowledge when addressing an injury pre-suit or, if necessary, after a civil action has been filed to maximize my clients’ recoveries.

Practice Areas

Mr Michaud is licensed to practice in state and federal court in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. After law school he clerked for the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
